Kokila joined as Managing Partner of MHLF as one of the founding members of the Firm from its inception.
Kokila has more than 12 years of experience as a corporate, commercial and real estate lawyer in UAE. Prior to joining MHLF, Kokila has worked as partner in one of UAE’s well reputed mid-size law firm. She has also owned and managed her own legal consultation practice focused on real estate and corporate commercial laws and has a niche practice of advising on the appropriate corporate structuring and re-structuring and foreign direct investments in UAE for her expat clients in UAE.
Kokila is a corporate/commercial lawyer and her practice focuses on joint ventures, mergers, franchises, general banking finance and real estate guiding and advising. In her experience as a partner along with her team, she has handled large transactions worth millions of dollars.
Kokila’s clients include major corporations, government and semi-government bodies, high net worth individuals, family owned businesses, public and private joint stock companies and limited liability companies. Kokila has been constantly asked to give advice on various topics in the field of real estate and construction laws.
Her experience as the Managing Partner includes managing the overall business of the Firm including the operations and business development of the Firm’s practice.
