Florence de La Pradelle:
Florence de La Pradelle was an established lawyer at the Brussels Bar for more than 20 years. She joined Noghès-du Monceau in Monaco in 2018. She holds a master’s degree in international law (University of Paris X-Nanterre) as well as a DEA in international economic law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). She specialises in the management of litigation in civil and commercial matters and also advises on private international law.
Alice Scappi:
Alice Scappi holds a Second Degree Master in International Business Law and a Postgraduate Master in Intellectual Property Law from Aix-en-Provence University. She joined the firm in 2017. Her main areas of practice are business law including corporate law, commercial law and real estate law.

Due to the fact that most Monaco case-law is unpublished, access to legal precedent is a major challenge for clients. For this reason, we are developing an internal know-how app dedicated to Monaco published and unpublished case-law to draw upon our experience, reduce search time and, ultimately, work more efficiently for the benefit of our clients.
