Alice Moreira Franco distinguished herself in disputes related to corporate and civil law, as well as infrastructure and construction cases. Experienced lawyer with practice in court litigation and domestic and international arbitration, having participated in most of the relevant international arbitrations with a Brazilian party.
Alice holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ).
Alice is current member of the Special Commission on Data Protection of the Brazilian Bar (OAB-Nacional); International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP); ICC Brasil Commission on Arbitration and Mediation; and Commission on Arbitration of the Regional Brazilian Bar (OAB/RJ).
Alice is registered before the Brazilian Bar and New York State Bar. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
