Lourdes is the Partner who leads our Corporate and M&A departments in Madrid and she has wide experience in the Tecnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Food and Beverage sector.

Her extensive experience in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital includes advising institutional and industrial clients on national and cross-border complex transactions (LBOs, MBOs/MBIs/BIMBOs, joint ventures, taking of majority or minority stakes, share deals, asset deals) across a wide range of sectors. She advises investors, targets and start-ups on investments throughout their lifecycle. Her clients range from institutional and industrial investors, to target companies.
Lourdes also has particular expertise of transactions with a strong real estate element, as well as in corporate restructuring (mergers, spin-offs) and debt restructuring.

Lourdes has written several articles and lectures at seminars and conferences related to her areas of expertise.
She graduated in law and in business administration.Lourdes joined our International Corporate Group as a partner in June 2010. Prior to this, she developed her career at the highly reputed Spanish M&A and Private Equity boutique ARAOZ & RUEDA, where she was Corporate partner from January 2005, becoming head of the Corporate Real Estate department in 2006. Lourdes later joined the Spanish firm Lener, where she was the head of the Valladolid office from 2008.
