Alessandra became partner in 2018. Ranked as 2019 Next Generation Lawyer by “The Legal 500, EMEA”, she specialises in M&A, private equity, capital markets, corporate and commercial law.
Her practice is focused on a clear understanding of her clients’ markets and commercial goals to create the most effective legal solution for her clients’ needs. Over the years, she has advised a number of clients, both private equity funds and corporations, in significant domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions as well as in takeover bids of listed companies. Among other significant deals, she has recently assisted a leading management facility Italian group in the process of internationalization. Alessandra also commits part of her work on pro bono matters, also assisting non-profit institutions in structuring innovative solutions for collecting funds.
She graduated in Law in 2006 with honours from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan, and was admitted to the Rome Bar in 2011. Furthermore, in 2012 she achieved an LLM., Master of Laws, from New York University, New York, NY, USA.
