Ms. Rios is a partner of DLA Piper Mexico, S.C. Before the merger with DLA Piper, Ms Rios was a partner of the law firm of Gallastegui y Lozano, S.C. since 1998, which joined DLA Piper in February 2015. Prior to joining the firm of Gallastegui y Lozano, S.C., Ms. Rios practiced with the law firm of Javier Perez Rocha for four years, focusing in the areas of corporate, foreign investment, financial, and international loans. Ms. Ríos is trilingual (English, Spanish and French). Ms. Ríos graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

Legal counsel for Mexican and foreign financial institutions and companies dealing with corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, project finance, aviation, maritime, foreign investment. has negotiated with governmental and private parties, provided legal structuring and documentation in acquisitions in general and creation of real property ownership structures to be established for commercial, tourism and residential developments, and the marketing and sales to consumers of specialized real estate products and financial structures
