Nicole has been working with business, corporate and finance law with a particular focus on aviation law including asset finance transactions. Previously, she worked at Varig Logistica(“VarigLog”), a Brazilian international airline for eight years, first as trainee and contract analyst, as assistant counsel, and eventually as general counsel, dealing with matters of business and corporate law, contracts, labor and competition law with domestic and international scope. Nicole has been working at Basch & Rameh since 2008 with a focus on aviation finance transactions. In 2013 Nicole worked on secondment basis for six months in with a major London law firm, dealing with aviation and shipping finance.
