Francesca Marchiori

Francesca has over twenty years of experience assisting national and international clients, both with ordinary tax consulting and corporate acquisitions and reorganizations.

She advises major Italian companies and international groups throughout the planning and the realization of extraordinary operations such as mergers, acquisitions, transfer of
branches.

In particular, she has developed a significant practice in assisting national and international private equity funds in the acquisition and restructuring of Italian companies, in respect of all corporate and tax issues.

Francesca also provides assistance to national and international clients and has a wide experience within all areas of tax advice including national and international tax planning and companies restructuring.

Barbara Patacchiola

Barbara provides judicial and day-by-day assistance to domestic and multinational companies with reference to the management of employment, self-employment and agency contracts. She also advises on disciplinary proceedings and dismissal. She has gained significant experience in the assistance of companies in corporate restructuring, sale, transfer of business. Finally, she advises on verification of proper application of company policies and procedures related to the management of human resources.

Emanuela Sabbatino 

Emanuela Sabbatino, is partner in the Private Equity and M&A department, specializes in corporate law and M&A, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, purchases and transfers of shareholdings and businesses, as well as joint ventures. She also assists clients on matters of both wide-ranging civil and commercial law, particularly with regard to the drafting, negotiation and execution of shareholders’ agreements, voting syndicates as well as various contracts and commercial agreements. She has also written several articles and editorial contributions which have been published in leading legal journals and has given numerous seminars on corporate.
