Caroline Goette is an attorney-at-law at Oberson Abels SA (OA SA). She regularly counsels high net worth families on domestic and international estate and tax planning issues and acts in complex cross-border matters, including estate administration, family wealth preservation and trusts. Caroline also lectures on topics related to her practice.

In addition, Caroline is an Associate Judge to the Geneva First Instance Administrative Court in tax matters since her election by the Geneva Parliament in 2018.

Prior to joining OA SA, Caroline worked for more than fifteen years at the Geneva Court of Justice (Administrative Chamber) and for various law firms, in Switzerland and in the United States.

Caroline holds a Law degree from the University of Geneva, is registered with the Geneva Bar and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.

Caroline is trilingual French, English and Spanish. She is member of various associations, the Swiss Bar Association, the Geneva Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association, the Women of IFA Network (WIN), the Career Women’s Forum Association, and belongs to the Committee on Inheritance Law of the Geneva Bar Association.
