Silke Nadolni, member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), is a partner at LPA-CGR avocats working in the property investment field.

Since the beginning of her career in 1998, Silke Nadolni has specialised in property investment. She assists an international and French clientele in their property operations, acquisitions, sales (share deal/share deal), asset management and structuring and regulated vehicles (OPCI, SCPI, FIA), quite often in a cross-border context.

Silke works for international clients and is used coordinating lawyers from different jurisdictions. She is member of the Paris and the Munich Bar.

Martine Blanck Dap

Martine Blanck-Dap 

Martine Blanck-Dap is a partner at LPA-CGR avocats working in the field of estate, inheritance and inheritance tax law.

Martine Blanck-Dap intervenes within the context of the structuring and transmission of private and professional inheritance and deals with the legal, fiscal and international aspects of inheritance and private individuals. In particular, she assists French or international family groups, managers, private banks and certain institutions in managing their artistic heritage.

She is a founding member of the scientific committee for the French foundation for inheritance law (University ‘Paris Dauphine’) and a member of the ‘Art et Droit’ (Art and Law) association. Martine regularly contributes articles on these themes to professional journals.

Sarah Backer

Sarah Becker

Sarah Becker is a member of the Paris Bar since 2013 and specialized in environmental law.

She advises mainly industrial clients on environmental law and polluted sites and soils, both on regulatory aspects and in the context of litigation before the civil and criminal courts. She has developed expertise in environmental crisis management, environmental criminal law and the environmental aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Sarah is a graduate from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master 2 in Environmental Law from the University of Paris I/Paris II and a Master 2 in European Economic Law from Sciences-Po Paris and the University of Strasbourg. Since 2017, Sarah has been teaching a course in environmental law at ESSEC.

She is co-founder and member of the COMEX of the Women’s Foundation (Fondation des Femmes) and President of the Women’s Foundation Support Association.
